T1 is a prestigious South Korean esports organization that is synonymous with esports itself, and I wanted to heavily honor its legacy while ensuring that I could create, cultivate, and experiment with new ideas. With pre-established branding that was sleek and consistent, I pushed the boundaries of what was available in order to bring creative solutions to embodying the new era of T1. I had the opportunity to utilize my skills on amazing projects that varied drastically, from creating custom Valorant skins to contributing to Tyler1's T1 announcement.
With Valorant hot on the release radar as the new premier FPS game, I wanted T1 to be the forefront of esports design to get ahead of what other orgs had been working on. I extensively spent time crafting materials leading up to T1's roster announcement by creating custom skins in Blender, social graphics, and working on branding for Valorant specific content across multiple platforms. Because of this, T1 was able to become one of the first esports organizations to implement custom 3D Valorant skins into their graphics. The works in this project will reflect this extensively.
In order to give back to T1's community and to exercise more creative endeavors with the org's branding, a wallpaper series centering around the the organization and their recent endeavor into Valorant was started to generate hype.
Tasked with redesigning social media headers for the brand and all of its players, I worked extensively to ensure we could do something new but still stylish and true to T1's signature minimalistic branding.
Created to be used across multiple channels, these thumbnails were used to ensure T1's thumbnails had variety but remained in line with pre-established brand guidelines.
